I am a member of the Skövde Artificial Intelligence Lab (SAIL) at the University of Skövde. Before that, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Computational Science and Engineering group at Uppsala University and the Deep Data Mining Group at Umeå University.

Applied AI research in close collaboration with industry, covering reasoning under uncertainty, deep learning, visual analytics, transparent decision support, data privacy and recommender systems.

Research on distributed, cloud and data-intensive computing and scalable federated machine learning, where the open-source FEDn framework for cross-silo and cross-device training was developed.
